This last weekend was a reunion of families that went back to Michaels grandpas siblings and their families. It was held at a campground in Scipio. Apparently the Memmotts founded Scipio. So what better way to celebrate family than to go back to your roots. The weekend consisted of food, games, activities for the younger generation, a talent show, s'mores, and hot dogs. We had a grand time! We both like to camp and Michael loves to play with fire. He's my little pyro man. It was our Niece, McKenzie's, first time camping and she handled it pretty well. She was so cute in her little purple camping chair. It was fun to see all the different families come together for a good cause. There were families that came from California and Hawaii. What a sacrifice they made for a weekend with their family. Family is one of the most important things in this life. They will always be there for us and love us no matter what. They help us get through the hard things and while doing this, memories are made that will last forever. I love my family very much and am grateful for all that they've done for me. Their support shows the love they have for me.
